If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.calizo.com.cy, simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 15 days of receipt for domestic shipping (delivery) — we will exchange the item for a different size, color, or even a different style if preferred.

Conditions for Return

The product must not have been used.
Return must be made within fifteen (15) working days for domestic customers.
The product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, delivery note, etc.).
The product must be in the condition in which it was received — complete, undamaged, and with the original packaging.

All orders are responsible for their return shipping costs, except in cases of product defects or delivery of the wrong product.
